Dream Photo Manager is the first homebrew program available to access the DreamEye camera for the Dreamcast, and was written by BlueCrab as a way to test the DreamEye driver for KallistiOS. It is a relatively simple program that only allows one to view and delete pictures from the DreamEye camera.
