The Dreamcast Broadband adapter ("BBA") is a 10/100mbit network adapter for the Dreamcast based on the Realtek 8139 chip and connects to the G2 bus. It was released in Japan and in the United States, but not in PAL regions, although some PAL game software does work with it.

The Broadband adapter is a rare peripheral, but is useful for playing networked games and linking to a computer for programming, debugging, and dumping GD-ROMs.
